On a very chilly Saturday, we ventured out to find our tree...
After much deliberation...we all agreed on a Colorado Spruce...
It looked rather compact out in the bush, but when we got it home it was really rather chubby!!

The finished product (prior to the first fall on Monday) - We celebrated with pizza & egg nog all around (along with a shot of rum for Bri and I). Cheers everyone!

what a contrast to the place we go to get a tree...walking through snow and cutting it down yourselves seems more festive and adventurous than going to a tent in jeans, t-shirt and flip flops! Rum and eggnog is the same here though...enjoy the holidays. Great picture of you and Brian!
Lor what beautiful eyes you have!! you are looking younger by the day, what is your secret?? it is nice to see you looking so relaxed, hopefully you feel as great as you look :)...its been a while again. kiddies are looking mighty fine and so is the mighty husband.
